Return Process

  Log into your Diamondlady account or visit our returns portal to submit a request using your order number and email address.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
